Speaking “Oishi” style, female journalists turned into fansIn front of hundreds of Japanese media, Jerry showed his well-versed Japanese like “Hello, Ladies and gentlemen,” “I will always cheer on“ “Today I’m very happy” and “Everybody must be tired already” in his shy and virtuous smiles in order to prove that he could advance to the Japanese audience. He was most loved when he said “Oishi (Eat well)”, and his cute appearance simply struck even the female reporters. In fact, the Japanese translator assigned for Jerry Ms. Guo Li Lan revealed that Jerry actually learned the language lessons in just 3 days. She said,” He had so much talent, and also very serious.” Once with Teresa Tang, Takeshi Kaneshivo, Vivian Hsu, etc. in Taiwan, she went to Japan to teach artists. She said, “Jerry is very good. His five senses are very keen. Before we worked I told him that in Japan today, the Taiwanese idol who really has the market is only him. Yesterday night, a press con was held before his Fan event. He didn’t only sing well, but also had happy moments with the fans on the stage. Fans bravely asked him about his personal life, “I heard you like children, do you wish to have several in the future?” Jerry held his smile and took his hand to start counting “1, 2, 3, 4..” letting the fans LOL. Also one of the high moments was when they called out “Jerry” and turned it as “Jelly” (the frozen fruit). Fans from Kansai, Osaka also wished he would go there for a Fan Meeting and Concert. Jerry gave out 4 autographed T-shirts and a ring from his hand. He lightly kissed the ring on his hand, that the host also screamed “Ahhhhh, KISS! KISS!” and the entire place was filled with excitement. In order to attack the Japanese market, Jerry began learning Japanese last month. The past several days, he even hired a Japanese language teacher to be with him to Japan. Yesterday at the press con, he spoke Japanese to the Japanese media, “Hello everyone, I’m Jerry Yan. It’s my first time to see you all.” Although the translator was at his side, looking at her when he was in doubt, he went on talking with the Japanese reporters and still gained warm applause. But since in Taiwan custom white represents mourning, worried that Jerry may “feel moldy” when they see them, they immediately cancelled it. Jerry’s “ball” will be cherished well (jerry had five throws and only one got in..must be a bad bad day for him..normally he rocks in basketball!!)At the side came down a big video wall where his job pictures in different countries were shown. There was one he was eating watermelon, another picture where he was eating mango, so that the host came up with a comic reply, “your job is very relaxing, always eating! “In the next footage it showed he was playing with a fat cat and also his childhood pictures. Jerry said that his family was very poor then, so the pictures are not that much, but for him, these are all precious. When the clip showed he was cooking eggs in the kitchen, “I want to marry you!” was written in all the fan’s faces. But compared to ZaiZai also cooking in the kitchen for his girlfriend Da S, Jerry’s eggs was burned.
