Yesterday, Director Cai Yue Xun issued a statement from California, USA saying the NCC distorted the artpiece and threy were imporperly sanctioned, making him feel discouraged at the Taiwanese community. The statement said that the NCC ruling on santioning the Ding Ning bed scene and also other violations on the TV station's rules, made Yang Ming TV and Films Group guilty. NCC strongly presented that they had violated good customs and the investigative committee concluded that it became a porno film. Cai Yue Xun criticized, " This is a type that they only viewed on the surface, so their self-judgement destroyed the creative action. " Cai Yue Xun also said that Taiwan is now experiencing recession. The government goes after the producers and the TV stations to impose restrictions, sanctions and " indulging in real crisis and not granting any process" unlike in California, where TV and films enjoy freedom and progress.He also said that he will no longer appeal for the decision, as he wont waste time in acknowledging NCC on giving sanctions.
